In my opinion, the most effective ways to encourage more traders and trading within internal company prediction markets could be to offer some kind of recognition such as awards and financial incentives to the top performing employees/traders. Another way for a company to encourage participation could be to find a method to make trading more user-friendly and make it more approachable and easily understandable for participants. Employees can for example attend a seminar and receive information about trading and work with other people to make it more interactive and exciting. If the company has a culture that encourage employees’ involvement then participation should not be a problem.
